What is the offline mode and do I need to download all songs?

The offline mode will allow your clients to continue singing in the event of an issue with the internet connection.

We do not recommend usage of this feature except in case of emergency situations. In offline mode, you will not be able to use the Remote Control feature and will not have see any visuals for our pre-made playlists.

The number of songs to download is up to your discretion. We recommend downloading at least 10,000 songs as a backup in the event of loss of the internet. Top tracks can be downloaded automatically from the Settings Page > Offline.

It is important to note that each track requires 5 Megabytes of space. Your device must have sufficient space before downloading. For total space needed, check under Settings > Offline.

An active subscription is required for this feature.
