Can I pay in advance?
No, KaraFun Business does not support advance payment or annual billing. All subscriptions are billed monthly, and charges occur automatically on the same calendar day as your initial payment.
How Billing Works
- Monthly billing only: Each active room is billed monthly from the date of first payment.
- Fixed charge date: Your billing date is the same each month (e.g., if your first payment was on the 5th, future charges occur on the 5th of every month).
- No annual or upfront payment: There is no option to prepay for multiple months or pre-load credit into your account.
Why Advance Payment Is Not Available
- Flexible activation: Subscriptions are tied to room usage and can be started or stopped anytime.
- Simplified billing model: Monthly billing ensures that you only pay for what you actively use.
