How do I access newly added songs?

We add around 300 new karaoke songs to our catalog each month. New releases are automatically added to the catalog as they become available, all you need to do is open the application to access them.

How do I get started with KaraFun Business?

To get started, follow these steps:

Sign up for a KaraFun Business account (for free!),
Create your first project, enter your business information and link the KaraFun App to your Business account under the APPS & SETTINGS PAGE and then add the number of devices under the ROOMS tab from within your project,
Set up the necessary equipment (microphone, tv, cables) in your karaoke box,
Login on the iPads in the room with your account information and test KaraFun Business and features as much as you want in trial mode,
Subscribe when you want, for as long as you want without commitment.

Can I use KaraFun Pro instead of KaraFun Business?

It is strictly prohibited to use KaraFun Pro if your business is operating private room karaoke boxes.

KaraFun Pro is designed for KJs, restaurants or bars hosting periodic, karaoke events (wedding, karaoke night, etc.) that are open to the public. Connection is limited to one device at a time and KaraFun Business features are not accessible.

Can I program and monitor karaoke sessions from my own back office?

Thanks to our API, you can now connect your booking software to KaraFun Business and manage your reservations directly from your dashboard.

Can you help with installation and the configuration of a karaoke room?

We know karaoke! Our focus and expertise remains on the music and the application. For additional questions concerning soundproofing, internet providers, etc. we recommend contacting your local experts. For further questions don’t hesitate to contact us.

Can I modify the number of devices on my account?

Yes. You can modify the number of devices on your account at any time.
If you wish to increase the number of devices on your account, a prorated amount will be charged before taking effect immediately after.
In the event that you wish to decrease the number of devices, the change will take effect at the time of the next subscription renewal period.

How do I access newly added songs?

Can I suggest a song?

Absolutely!
If you can’t find a song that your clients are requesting, don’t hesitate to request it.
Songs that are produced are based on the number of requests. As a KaraFun Business user, your vote is taken into priority.

What licenses are needed to play songs at my venue?

The KaraFun catalog of songs is covered for Master Rights (also known as Mechanical). Depending on where your venue is located, you may need additional licenses in order to broadcast karaoke videos in public.

What is a project?

When logging in for the first time, you will be required to create an account and your first project.
A project allows you to associate your account with the KaraFun application. You will be able to then control settings, adjust number of devices and personalize the project.
If you are a group (chain karaoke boxes, hotels, restaurants, etc.) you can create multiple projects, one for each location, all under the same account.
